Meet Sophie. Sophie came to us as an owner surrender through no fault of her own—her owner is experiencing health issues and could no longer care for her. We have been told that Sophie is a 2-year-old female Shepherd Mix. Her previous owner told us she is good with kids and has primarily been an outside dog. Since arriving with us, Sophie has shown that she knows how to sit, loves to play ball, and definitely enjoys a treat or two! She is also working on her leash training and makes more progress every day. Sophie has a very sweet demeanor and would thrive with someone who can offer her patience, consistency, and lots of love. Sophie did great for her nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 56.8lbs. where she was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and is heartworm negative. Our adoptions are $100 cash/local check only. Our visiting hours are Monday- Friday 8am- 11:45am and 1pm- 4pm. We are located at 5066 County Home Rd. Greenville OH. 45331.
