Let’s hear it for Hershey — a sweet terrier mix we believe to be around 5 years old, with the kindest eyes and a heart full of love. Hershey came to us as a stray, and while we may never know everything he’s been through, it’s clear life hasn’t always been easy for this gentle boy. Even so, he greets people with a wagging tail and a hopeful spirit that’s impossible not to fall in love with. He already knows how to sit and shake. He loves treats and is always happy to earn one for being such a good boy. He doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and has been making progress with his leash training. Hershey has so much love to give and is ready to find a home of his own. He did great for his nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 56 lbs and was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and is heartworm negative.Our adoptions are $100 cash/check.
