After 100 days Antonio Is Still Waiting for His Forever Home
Antonio’s adoption fee has been sponsored by a Friend of the Shelter!
Give it up for Antonio! This sweet old man has been at the shelter for over 100 days, and he is still patiently waiting for the family he can finally call his own.
Antonio came to us as a stray, so unfortunately, we don’t know much about his past. But what we do know is that he has been nothing but friendly, loving, and sweet during his time here. Antonio is believed to be an 8-year-old neutered male Pit Bull mix. He already knows how to sit, shake, and lay down — especially when treats are involved! He absolutely loves snacks and, even more, he loves spending time with people. He also really enjoys being outside, where he can take in all the sights and smells and simply enjoy some fresh air. This handsome boy is simply looking for someone to love him and give him the happy ending he deserves. He doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter and is currently learning how to walk on a leash. 100+ days is far too long for any dog to wait for a family. Antonio has so much love to give and is hoping that his forever person is out there looking for him. He did great for his nail trim and exam where he weighs in at 81 lbs and was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and is heartworm negative. Our adoptions are $100 cash/ local check. Visiting hours are Monday–Friday 8:00am–11:45am and 1:00pm–4:00pm. We are located at 5066 County Home Rd., Greenville, OH 45331. You can reach us at 937-547-1645.
