Meet Benedict, a 7-month-old, intact male Lab Mix who came to us as an owner surrender. According to his previous family, Benedict is a wonderful companion that is great with kids, cats, and other dogs! He’s also crate trained, making transitions easier for his future home. Benedict is still working on house training, but with his love of treats and eagerness to please, he’s sure to get the hang of it soon. He’s a sweet boy learning to walk on a leash and he doesn’t seem mind the other dogs here at the shelter He already knows how to sit, and he loves to play ball and soak up attention from anyone willing to give it! If you’re looking for a playful, loving pup who’s full of potential, Benedict could be your perfect match. Benedict did great for his exam where he weighed in at 56 lbs. and was also given Bordetella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and is heartworm negative.
