Meet Farmer! Farmer came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past. What we do know comes from our observations here at the shelter. We believe Farmer is a 1-year-old intact male Australian Shepherd mix .Farmer is a very sweet boy who can been a little shy at first does warm up over time and absolutely loves attention. He’s treat-motivated and really enjoys spending time outdoors. He’s currently learning to walk on a leash and is doing well so far. Farmer doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs at the shelter and has shown a calm demeanor around them. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who’s eager to learn and explore, Farmer could be the perfect match! Farmer did great for his exam where he weighs in at 46 lbs. where he was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and is heartworm negative.
