Give a warm welcome to Penny! We Believe Penny a 2-year-old female Terrier Mix with the sweetest soul. She came to us as a stray, so while her past is a mystery, her personality has shined bright during her time here at the shelter. Penny has shown us just how affectionate and playful she can be. She already knows how to sit, loves to chase after a ball, and is always happy to accept a treat or two (or three!). She’s still getting the hang of leash walking, but she’s making steady progress. Penny doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. More than anything, she’s looking for a peaceful, patient home where she can continue to blossom and feel safe, secure, and loved. Penny did great for her bath, nail trim and exam where she weighs in at 35 lbs. she was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed and is heartworm negative. Penny did already come in microchipped but sadly we could not make contact with her family. Our adoptions are $100 cash/local check only.
