Looking for a good boy who knows the way to his heart is through treats? Meet Rex!
Rex may have come to us as a stray, but we’re hoping his next stop will be a loving home of his very own. Rex came to us as a stray, so we don’t know much about his past, but we believe he is around 5 years old and a Terrier mix. Rex is one smart boy! He already knows how to sit, especially when there’s a tasty treat involved and speaking of treats… Rex absolutely LOVES them! Rex also enjoys getting attention from his people and spending time outside. Whether he’s soaking up some love or enjoying the fresh air, Rex is happy to have someone spending time with him. He also doesn’t seem to mind the other dogs here at the shelter. As always, if you already have a dog at home, we recommend a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is comfortable and gets along. Ex is ready to leave his days as a stray behind and find a family to call his own. He would love someone who will spend time with him, continue working on his training, take him outside for some fun, and, of course, keep those treats coming! Could Rex be the missing piece in your family? Come meet Rex and give this handsome boy a chance at the forever home he deserves! He did great for his exam where he weighs in at 67 lbs. where she was given Bordatella, parvo/lepto/distemper vaccines, dewormed, microchipped and is heartworm negative.
